In the beginning of the book we learn more about Darcy point of view towards life.  Darcy is happy and confused for the first time in her life; she doesn't know how to feel and like a typical Darcy character, she blames everything on Racheal  and Dex for betraying her, by now she still with Marcus (Dex ex-friend) and the father of her unborn Child. At the beginning everything in her new romance in just peachy but as time goes  she strugles to control Marcus while he finds himself fighting back. by now she's double doughting if she made the right choice by not marrying Dex. Finnally it all comes to a stop when  She takes him to meet her parents, the event turns out to be a total outburst and she argues with her mom for not liking Marcus and lives. then Marcus doesn't want anything else to do with her; he says that he will help support the baby but that he doesn't want anything to do with her and he leaves her. Darcy can't believe she's being dump for the first time in her life, then she tries to get Dex back but that doesn't work either. with only Claire her roommate from college to turn she has and confides that she is pregnant, Claire doesn't take it to well and lives her to her despair. Now Darcy is really alone with no Family, Fiance, or best friend she turns to the only person she know Ethan; Racheal's and her best friend since grade school who live in England. When he agrees to have her for a few weeks she know her life is going to change for real; she envision her self finding Mr right  falling in love with a rich, handsome prince. Little does she know of the adventure she getting herself into. After she arrives to England she starts to see how different things are. Then an unexpected thing happens when she realizes she's falling in love with the least unexpected person she would have never imagine.
